- Collected to track your position during active work shifts and field inspections
- Updated to our servers periodically (e.g., every 10-15 minutes) during active shifts for real-time tracking
- Stored locally on your device for offline functionality
- Used for route management, job assignment, safety monitoring, and ensuring accurate job completion at property locations
- Location tracking is active only during your declared work shifts and stops automatically when the shift ends
- Location History: Maintained for the duration of active shifts and a limited period afterward for work records and accountability
2.3 Job and Inspection Data
- Inspection Content: Photos, videos, and media captured during property inspections
- Property Details: Addresses, descriptions, access guidelines, visit notes, and job-related information
- Activity Data: Shift times, job assignments, completion status, and route information
- Contact Information: Property owner/manager contacts (name, phone) for job communication
2.4 Device and Usage Information
- Device Identifiers: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers, and device ID
- Network Information: IP address, network type (Wi-Fi/mobile), and connectivity status
- App Usage Data: Features used, time spent, interaction logs, and performance data
- Log Data: Crash reports, errors, and diagnostic information
